About Us

It can feel so overwhelming when you don’t know which way to turn, how to make things better, or even if better is a possibility. The more challenges we face, the greater this confusion and uncertainty becomes. We can stay in this state for months, even years, before something happens that makes us question if things can, maybe, possibly get better. This glimmer of hope is scary and can feel paralyzing! Let’s face it – many of us have experienced broken promises and disappointments. That’s how we got here! However, that tiny glimmer of hope keeps us moving towards that faint glow, hoping it will become a stronger light that will illuminate a better path. Let’s keep following that glow together and turn it into your bright light and follow your path to a better future!

I have always said that “Life throws us some nasty curve balls!” I’ve had my share of sudden and unexpected twists in life that left me stumbling and trying to find my footing. Life has even knocked me down flat many times. I found the key was learning how to get back up and dust myself off – even when that felt like a slow and painful crawl at first. After all, any progress is still progress, and it’s better than remaining stuck. Trust me – I get it. I know it is really HARD and sometimes can even feel impossible. The good news is that I’m here to help you get your life back on track!

We simply don’t know what we don’t know. We can’t use skills and tools we were never taught. Working together, it is my goal to:

  • Encourage gentle curiosity and self-compassion to banish that fearful inner critic.
  • Learn to manage and shrink the anxiety monster that keeps you stuck.
  • Recognize the signs of overwhelm before they take over and provide healthy self-soothing strategies to regulate you and prevent you from feeling worse.
  • Establish new realistic expectations of yourself and others for successful and fulfilling relationships.
  • Recognize that setbacks are expected and are not failures. In fact, learning to successfully navigate setbacks leads to greater and more satisfying successes.
  • Embrace our mind and body connection and its overall impact on our physical and mental health.
  • Provide you with the skills, tools and insights that allow you to create and live your best life independently! (As much as I love helping you – I am thrilled when you no longer need me and are confident in your own new abilities!)

I have experience helping others like you through their struggles and I am confident that I can help you too. Working together, let’s turn this around for you so you can start living your best life today!
